TESTIMONIALS

"Without a doubt, Rosenblum Coe Architects, Inc. is one of the finest architecture and design firms we have worked with in the Charleston area. RCA designed and provided construction administration for the new $5.2 million City of North Charleston Fire Station 2. The design was inspiring, functional, and clearly met the needs of the client. RCA was always well organized, thorough, and managed the needs and expectations of the entire team. Questions raised during construction were quickly and clearly answered with impeccable detail, which allowed construction to proceed per the schedule."

"During the design of this school, which sits on a very tight site and is surrounded by residential neighborhoods, the design team met regularly with the surrounding constituents and worked hard to meet all their concerns. Most importantly, RCA worked tirelessly to incorporate local history into the design. Most notable, to me, is the outline of the Wappoo Creek that wraps and winds it's way from the school's entry way to the "outdoor garden" (which was not part of the original plan) and now where students have the use of an outdoor classroom."

"Rosenblum Coe is an advocate of the client and always looks after their interest. That applies from programming through the entire construction process. They concentrate on supplying their client needs without making it complicated and costly. Cost is critical with State projects due to funding limitations. They also provide realistic alternatives to help their client stay within budget parameters."

"The College of Charleston has worked with Rosenblum Coe Architects (RCA) for over 20 years on a wide range of project types, sizes, and complexities. Their work is consistently responsive to our needs and their client service is exceptional. RCA has been involved in several IDC projects, feasibility studies, renovations and new building for the College of Charleston. RCA's designs have always been complementary to the CofC'c campus and historic architecture. Their ability to achieve Board of Architectural approval without significant delays is a testament to their ability to work within challenging surroundings and with design restraint."

"Most professional service firms will emphasize how trouble-free and seamless their projects have been and promise the same experience for every potential client.  The truth about any project though is that it will present challenges at nearly every step of the way.  The true testament of a firm's ability to meet these challenges is to meet them head-on with determination, realism and creativity.  I can unreservedly recommend Rosenblum Coe Architects...they successfully met the many challenges of this projects from inception to completion.  We definitely look forward to working with them on future projects here at MUSC.  Rosenblum Coe not only created an efficient and functional layout that addressed the buildings many shortcomings but they also created something more difficult to achieve: a unique and transformative home.... The students, faculty, and administration have been unstinting in their praise of Rosenblum Coe's results."
