Our office is staffed with LEED AP professionals and we currently have three projects pursuing LEED certification. RCA builds to “green” standards even when a project is not pursuing third-party certification.

LEED Silver experience – Registered projects currently seeking LEED certification:

Charleston Consolidated 911 EOC Center; $16M, 39,500 sf
Harborview Elementary School; $19M, 75,000 sf
City of Charleston Fire Station No. 9; $4.7M, 18,900 sf
