The project consisted of renovating an existing two story office building to house new offices and meeting spaces for the University’s Enrollment Services. The lobby and waiting space serves as the first stop for prospective students visiting the campus and is the starting point for all campus tours. The project included asbestos abatement and a total demolition of all interior walls. Interior requirements were for ample daylight and sustainable design. All interior spaces receive sunlight through the use of full height glass corridor walls. Existing masonry was exposed in many areas of the building.
