The existing 240 bed residence hall received an interior renovation including new bathrooms and showers, new ceilings, floor finishes, paint and lights, new study and breakrooms on all floors, new laundry rooms, installation of a fire sprinkler system, new fire alarm system, and new electrical service. The completion date was August 2004 for a construction cost of $2.6 million.
