Providing an industrial facility on a minimal budget that would be architecturally attractive, environmentally compatible and able to provide stimulating working conditions was the major challenge while designing this project. Rather than stripping the site of its natural beauty and creating a sterile environment, as is typical in this industrial area, the focus was to create a “park-like” atmosphere, keeping trees and working with the given topography. Bright colors and graphics were used extensively, making the facility a dynamic and energetic workplace.
