Jeffrey Rosenblum established Rosenblum & Associates Architects, Inc. in 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2001, the firm was incorporated as Rosenblum Coe Architects, Inc. with the addition of Steve Coe as partner. As of January 1, 2009, Steve Coe has assumed the presidency of Rosenblum Coe Architects, Inc. Jeffrey Rosenblum position is now Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
